A Mulberry , Orange and Ginger cake with lemon cream cheese frosting, which was savoured to the last crumb!!!! Tried to change my usual cake with a twist of adding ginger to it, and Boy! Did it work!!!! The beautiful pastel green cake adorned with colourful mix of berries and slices of candied Oranges, and figs. Placed on a chocolate drip which provides such a brilliant contrast. Celebration doesn’t get better than this. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

A Blueberry and Lemon Bakewell tart. It was my favourite young client’s birthday. He always gives me the creative freedom with the cake he orders and by now he has tried practically everything on my menu. So every year on his birthday I have to think out of the box and make something new, unique and delicious.
So this year, I gave my own twist to the traditional Bakewell tart and made it my way. Traditional Bakewell tart is basically a tart shell filled with almond cake batter(frangipane ) with a layer of raspberry jam in between them. This time I added Lemon curd and Blueberry compote on the tart and then the frangipane and baked it. It turned out so citrusy and delicious, just the way he wanted. A feedback from his brother who requested the cake in the last picture made my day. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

A simple Chocolate and Blueberry cake with vanilla mascarpone frosting inside. Made it for a dear friend’s birthday. Dark chocolate and blueberry is the combination for refined palate. Vanilla mascarpone frosting just elevates the taste to a different level. I did not have time to decorate the cake my way as this was made in flat 2 hours. But the taste review more than made up for it. My friend told me that everyone who ate the cake appreciated it. What more can one ask for????

100% Sourdough breakfast bread!!!! My sourdough starter is so raring to rise . You can make it out from the oven spring that I got on this one. For those who don’t know what oven spring is, it’s the way the loaf has risen in baker’s language. Breakfast never looked better. Healthy and tasty.

An 8-9 years old girl, in my society fractured her leg. Poor soul!!! Her parents wanted to cheer her up. So they had an impromptu party for her. Hence the cake with bandaged leg. Design executed as given by the client. A simple Chocolate truffle cake inside the green frosting. It was savoured by one and all. 😀😀😀

Chocolate and Blueberry cake with a layer of vanilla mascarpone frosting inside. That’s like absolute heaven on your palate. Dark chocolate paired with Sweet and sour Blueberries and to have vanilla mascarpone frosting to balance out all the flavours is just perfect culinary blend. Delicious!!!😋 😋😋😋

Choco Mocha stuffed cupcakes!!! Each chocolate cupcake is moist, with intense coffee flavour silky whipped cream paired with dark chocolate, and with a surprise element stuffed inside the cupcake. British Bake well Tart - a shortcrust pastry shell filled with a layer of raspberry jam and soft almond frangipane sponge, topped with flaked almonds.
