It would be sin to not have mangoes when in season :)
And what's a baker without having to try this wonderful fruit into a cake although this time a non baked one !!!

I am proud of this cake in more than one ways, one most ingredients are local and organic and second almost all part of this cake are made from scratch including the decoration 🤣🤣🤣..
It's a wonder what quarantine is allowing us to explore from our small kitchens with limited ingredients :)
I did not have many ingredients for a cheese cake at home ,so did some Google ,some YouTube and realised you don't need a lot of stuff to make anything special :) 👩🍳👩🍳👩🍳👩🍳
Cheesecake Base is made from home made cookies crushed,almonds and dry coconut and homemade butter .
Cream cheese was whipped from scratch using home made paneer and curd - this tastes out fo the world bdw!!👻👻👻
Decorated the cake using flowers and some mint grown in our balcony and ofcourse mangoes :)
Organic Mangoes and other base ingredients sourced from . These are the best ones we have had this season :)
