People are obsessed with the fusion of this Indian dessert with cakes- "Rasmalai Cake".
I denied many customers that we don't do this cake in the past because I found it silly. Then my staff told me to introduce this cake into our menu because there are people who are just crazy about it. Hence this was added to our menu long ago but I am posting it now.
On a humorous note - Imagine you have a BMW or AUDI and now you are obsessed with gold, glitter and all bling. Got the picture?
This is what we have done to this cake.

Personally I don't like all bling. Because you see "All that glitters is not gold".
No offence to anyone.

I have been away for a while now for various reasons and the reasons are very silly. Generally speaking we all start with great enthusiasm but gradually something slips away and it brings us to a halt. I have been there and done that. I started playing cricket with great enthusiasm, I started photography with my DSLR with great enthusiasm, I started writing poems with great enthusiasm, I started giving speeches with enthusiasm, I started meeting lovely people with great enthusiasm, I started maintaining posts on social media with great enthusiasm. However it has all come to a halt!

Has it ever happened to you when you started something with great enthusiasm and suddenly it has all come to a halt? This phenomena is known as "Approval syndrome".
Where we are constantly seeking for approval from people. I wanted my cricket coach to tell that I played the best knock. I wanted people to appreciate my food photography. I wanted people to like and comment on my poems. I wanted people to come and tell how much they liked my speech. I wanted my followers to like comment on my posts.
Constant seek of approval.
When the approval was lost in transition, I lost my enthusiasm too.
Have you been there too?

You must be wondering this post has nothing to do with the picture that I have posted. You're absolutely right, because you see nothing is going to be perfect unless you feel it without the loss of enthusiasm. I don't seek for approvals anymore and one shouldn't be. I was running behind perfectionism and it is a myth.
One cannot achieve it. One can only try to be a little better than previous attempt. A better version. Finally, I have decided to post something very simple and basic everyday. You will see us more active here. No more halts, all you need is little push.
