7 types of basic and advanced eggless cakes🎂🍰
Prior registration compulsory.
Full hands on session.
This is a basic and advanced course which emphasises on hands-on artistic skills, techniques and knowledge. This course is designed for those wanting to bake towards professional standards and turn their hobby into a lucrative career.
List of what you will learn :
1) Baking : Basic chocolate and vanilla sponge cake (cooker and OTG both will be taught)
2) Basic Cake Decoration : Slicing, Soaking, Layering and Coating of Cakes with Fresh Cream and Chocolate ganache. 3) Fancy Borders, use of different nozzles, colour combination, Fresh Cream Flowers etc.
4) Advance Cake Decoration : Photo Cake, Barbie Cake, Dome Shaped Cake, gel Cake, Death by Chocolate.
5) Flavours: Pineapple, Blueberry, Strawberry, Chocolate ganache, kiwi, Black forest, Truti-fruti.
6) Shading using different colors.

Even gents and children above 12 can register.
