Yummy Aaloo nd cheese paratha with homemade dahi, makkhan , chaach nd instant mirchi gajar ka achaar (1st try on pickle but it comes out very yummy)😬🤤😋

Tip: I used mashed potatoes (like we boiled for mash potato) for filling along with grated cheese.. not a single cut or stuffing comes out of paratha.. happy with R&D
