What would you pick, A or B?
A) A cake brand owned by a professional Chef worked with The Oberoi group of hotels and Rich's ( a global leader of whip topping) Or
B) Any cake brand owned by someone using inferior quality ingredients and selling products at a cheaper rate than the market.

If you Chose A, then here is the story.
I am Azharuddin Khadri, got selected in a campus interview conducted by the Oberoi group of hotels I got an opportunity to work with the finest chefs of this industry in both The Oberoi Udaivilas and The Oberoi Bangalore in 2007-2009. I worked in the garde manger and continental kitchen.
Later, I went to work with Griffith Laboratories as an application chef in R&D and moved to in 2012 to Join Rich's (Global leader of whip topping).
At Rich's I discovered 2 of my long term goals. One to become an entrepreneur and second to become a public speaker and hence I joined Toastmasters International.
While speaking at Toastmasters international, delivering speeches I started dreaming. Dream of working on my skills and start a bakery business. Initially I didn't like bakery and confectionery, gradually I started loving it.
At Rich's I had the opportunity to work with my best friends( this remains my best career span till date) and the best leaders under whom I was groomed. I got to travel around India and meet several entrepreneurs. Listening to their stories of grit and determination gave me wings to soar higher to achieve my dream.
Leaving Rich's in 2015 was my toughest decision till date to pursue entrepreneurship.
I have faced many challenges in all these years but I have never compromised with the quality and never will because I believe my conscience don't let me because of the kind of organisations or people I have worked with.
Daisy Dozen by AK didn't spend much on marketing and hence our brand name is not on your tongue. But I challenge you, if you taste my product once it will leave a lasting impression on your tongue.
