Ah! Sunday is the day we run our kitchen from the existing place one last time.

It was exactly ten months back that we opened the doors of our bakehouse welcoming you with our food and smiles. And you embraced us with all of your love and support with open hearts.
Starting at a new place, we are emotional with all the memories that we have come to create here. Lot of our friendships started here and i know lot of your friendships also started here. 😀

So, do come down this weekend to celebrate this place one more time, to bid adieu, to relive the happy memories one more time. Come down and share with us your stories of this place.

It would be helpful to know that 23rd May we shift from here and then take one week to welcome you all to the new place.

When 3 people, who don’t even know each other, but have any common interest ( in this case, bike rides around Pune) happen to be , this is what it turns into with our little intervention. 😀

And i love this knowledge exchange , this connect over common interests, this newness on ideas, and how you end up being friends sometimes or exchanging smiles when you see each other at Dohiti again.

Whether you want to sit just by yourself and have some me time or you are wish to connect with people; At Dohiti , we have place for all.

One for Dohiti fans..

Thank you for going crazy for one or more products of ours. Thank you for making our serving baskets empty and make us gather in the kitchen to think what do we do now for the rest of the day. We go berserk at such moments. It is the moments like these that make us anxious, chirpy, and on top of the world at the same time. Take a bow!

This is our chocochip cookie fan who today emptied our weekend stock of chocochip cookies. We love our chocochip cookies. You love our chocochip cookies but then he loves our chocochip cookies. 😀

This week’s special is Rhubarb Danish..

Danish is different than a croissant in terms of its laminating technique and offcourse folding technique.

This one is made with Danish, pastry cream, rhubarb compote and poached rhubarb.

This will be available till weekend. Preorder it to make sure it is available when you are ready to eat.

Who’s got the keys?!!

Finally, we signed the lease of a beautiful place we are ready to call Dohiti’s. Now starts the work to make it home, to create a comfortable place for you all. Can’t wait to welcome you all and start serving the coffee and croissants at the new place.

Meanwhile, we are still serving at the current place for this month. Looking forward to see you there and discuss the progress we are making at the new place. Grateful for all the help that so many of you offered to make us reach here.

Thank you everyone for making it worthwhile for us.. We lived every bit of . I enjoyed interacting with so many of you, cooking in open kitchen, serving you all, introducing dohiti food to you, witness and ’s oraganising skills, open air and watching mixologists doing their magic with Gin. All in all it felt like a much deserved outing for us. Humbled!

It is incredible that through .in ,got to know of one more organisation working at the grassroot level getting us flavors that are unimaginable. Got our hands on bilimbi and fern pickle. I have never tasted them before. The taste of both is very peculiar and we can’t wait to try them with our breads. Alongside we got handwoven baskets that you may see at the bakery with our baked products.

We couldn’t be but we jumped at the idea of our sourdough mini baguettes being used as part of a dish by one of the food kiosk. Not disclosing their name but to give you a hint they are celebrating a dish in their menu which is the highlight dish of one of my favorite movie julieandjulia.

Are you going today and/or tomorrow? If not, consider going there as all our favorite food and beer brands are going to be there at one place. It can’t get better. We ourselves plan to be there today evening just chilling and supporting our friends.

Get ready Dohiti fam..

We are ready to launch our summer weekly specials finally. I will introduce them here every Wednesday. These will be available in limited quantities every day from Thursday till Saturday. So, it is highly recommended that you pre-order. Please don’t kill me later if you didn’t get any.

There will be many new flavors getting introduced with the layered pastries. If you want us to create any flavor that is your summer favorite, do let us know of that too and who knows , you may see it in specials.

These will be available in the pack of two for dine in, pick up as well as delivery.

Looking forward to doing these for 6 weeks. Hope you all love Dohiti creations.

Not having celebrated even one easter till date, this easter will always be special with such great cooking spirits in Dohiti kitchen. That’s how food memories are built and different people get woven in those memories.. Now all coming easters will be based on today. 😊

Today morning was so special with so many of you turning out. Lukas had a big grin with that Dohiti Apron on and serving you guys his mom’s pies. A big thank you Lukas for making easter a special day for us.

Talking about the pies, these are pretty unexpected pies with very very controlled sugar.. subtle hazelnut flavor and soft yet set texture of the filling. Taste these with zero expectations and these will remind you of a warm cozy feeling of Mom’s hug with that Swiss perfection that Lukas always talks about.
