What all you will learn.

1..How to make basic sponge.
2..How to cut the cake
3..How to apply cream .
4..How to use palette knife.
5..How to give proper finishing to your cake.
6..How to make flavored cream.
7..How to make different designs from different Nozzles.
8..How to make Chocolate ganache.
9..How to make whipping cream.
10..How to layer the cake.

Cakes what we are going to make.
Basic class includes:

1..Vanilla sponge cake
2..Chocolate cupcakes
3..Tutty fruity cake
4..Zebra cake /marble cake
5..Chocochip muffins
6..Black forest cake 🎂
7..Fruit cake 🍓
8..Dark Chocolate Truffle cake
9..Designing cupcakes with different nozzles.

Lots of tips will be discussed.
Its a hand on session.
Everyone will get a cake box to carry back home 🎁.
Even kids age 12 and above can participate.

Its pure eggless class.
Fees Rs.2000/- only including material and refreshment.

Its a professional class u can start taking orders after this class.
Printed notes will be given.
