Preparations for the Triple Chocolate Puffs. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
The Puff-Pastry base is so delicate cuz its hand-made over three days.. with layers of butter laminated perfectly through the dough. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
The pastry is then rolled out stuffed with different kinds of chocolate and baked to golden-brown perfection as evident from the second picture. 😁⁣⁣⁣⁣
The Triple Chocolate Puffs are a delightful combination with a cup of hot coffee. It can even be a fulfilling breakfast. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
