Welcome to Lovecrumbs Bakery, my creative outlet for all things I love. living in Goa.. I trained as a Fashion Designer and there was a time when all I wanted to do was work with fabric and create magic on the ramp! Then life happened, motherhood happened, my priorities have changed. Where I have truly found myself in these past few years is in my kitchen. It’s through healthy baking creating new

recipes.. that I have found the connection back to my roots.. Still love creating homes but when I want to unwind and de stress then I Bake! We are a made to order bakery and we only start baking once you place an order with us. For same day delivery, we take orders till 12 noon. And if you are ordering for the next day, we take orders till 6pm.

Made with fresh juicy strawberries and chia seeds this jam is soo deliciousss and super easy to make! Very low in carbs & calories ❤️


Here’s the recipe:

2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
¼ cup monk fruit
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Add the strawberries and lemon juice in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for a 3-4 minutes, stirring often.
Add in the monk fruit and cook for another 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and stir in the chia seeds until well combined. If your jam isn’t quite thick enough, add in more chia seeds, but keep in mind, it will thicken a bit more in the fridge.
Allow the chia seed jam to cool on the counter for 20 minutes to cool. Then mash up the strawberries as chunky as you like, or transfer mixture to a food processor and blend.

Walnut streusel coffee cake- A piece of classic coffee cake is the perfect accompaniment to your evening cup of coffee. This low carb coffee cake is not only decadent, moist and buttery on the inside and layered with a delicious walnut cinnamon crumb..but it's also
Grain free and low in calories ! Made with super fine almond flour, Greek yoghurt, unsweetened almond milk some cinnamon , nutmeg and a hint of coffee ❤️ perfect winter treat!

Here’s the recipe:

2 1/2 cups superfine almond flour
1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp of coffee
Pinch of salt
3 large eggs
1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
1/3 cup almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla

Streusel topping
1/2 cup almond meal
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbs monk fruit
1/2 cup toasted walnuts
2 tsp coconut oil or butter

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line a cake pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, add almond flour, monk fruit, baking powder, nutmeg, coffee salt, cinnamon. Whisk until evenly combined.
In a separate large bowl, add eggs, butter, almond milk, Greek yoghurt and vanilla. Whisk until batter is smooth and even.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients bowl. Whisk until batter is evenly combined.

Pour the streusel topping .
Bake for 30 minutes .

This Vegan Cream Cheese is thick , smooth and creamy with a slight tang, it’s just like real cream cheese. Made with just 4 plant based ingredients, super easy to make and delicious! I used extra firm tofu, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast and drizzled of some freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Blue berry low carb muffins❤️ fresh out of the oven! deliciously moist with little bursts of juicy blueberries in every bite ! This is a super easy recipe and low in carbs/ calories..

Here’s the Recipe:

1 cup fine almond flour
2 tbsp powdered erythritol, or Monk sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup fresh blueberries
pinch of cinnamon
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl,
And wet in another one.
Combine the batter slowly. Fold in the berries. Bake for 14 minutes . Let it cool completely before taking it out from the muffin pan.

Grain free , low carb,vegan bagels! Tastes like actual bagels ❤️

Here’s the recipe:
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
30g psyllium husks powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons monk fruit sweetener (ad
1-2 pinches of salt
1 teaspoon instant yeast

Wet ingredients:
2 cup hot water (You would probably not need all of it)
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil

Toppings:
Bagel seasoning or pizza seasoning

DIRECTIONS
--------------------
1. Add all “Dry ingredients” in a mixing bowl and mix well .

2. Mix the hot water and vinegar together.

3. Pour the oil into the dry ingredient mix, gradually pour in the hot vinegar water (a small amount at a time) and knead the dough till it forms a smooth and moist dough (the dough should have no cracks). Leave to rest for 20-30 mins.

4. Divide the dough into desired portion size and roll each portion into a ball shape, press down to flatten slightly and use your thumb to create a “donut hole” in the middle of the dough. Shape it into the ring bagel shape.

5. Bring a pot of water to a boil and drop the bagels in the boiling water. Once the dough float to the top, cook each side of the bagel dough for 2-3 minutes. Scoop up and drain the boiled bagels on kitchen towels for a few minutes.

6. Coat the boiled bagels (top and bottom) with oil and sprinkle with desired toppings

7. Bake in a 180C preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
Enjoy!
