So, here is my personal favourite of 2019 so far! This wedding cake was ordered by a girl who has seen my work on Instagram and wanted me to do the Wedding Cake for her elder sister. She was very clear about the look, the flavours and decor, and a very clear 'no roses please!'
Totally chic and modern! And in love with the entire look...No added flavours..No added colours..no filter either! Just pure rustic, minimalistic elegance....My kind of wedding cake!

Cake: Chocolate-Hazelnut cake with real hazelnut flour
Filling: Nutella
Frosting: Dark chocolate ganache
Decor: Fresh flowers
Cake topper: From Poonam Ramani .pretty who makes everything possible! ❤️

A cake to celebrate the 1st Birthday of a little princess at Pondicherry. This cake had best of everything with top tier made of layers of Red velvet cake filled and frosted with white chocolate italian meringue buttercream; and bottom tier made of four layers of strawberry, chocolate, vanilla and coffee cakes, filled and frosted with chocolate ganache, strawberry coulis, and caramel Buttercream. Draped in fondant and adorned with an edible gumpaste tiara, this cake was accompanied with themed cupcakes fit for the best of celebrations!

Meditation or merriment, Pondicherry is the place to be! This cake was ordered for a sassy girl by her girlfriends who all came from Chennai to Pondicherry to celebrate her bachelorette party! A dark chocolate cake with strawberry compote and dark chocolate ganache, it was designed as per the image sent by the client. Had a few more toppers like MAC Ruby Red and mini plaques though not in these pictures Loved the way it turned out!
