My second jungle theme cake that went out last week to celebrate the 1st birthday of little Anvita.
At 5 kgs, this is my biggest cake. The bottom tier is a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and the top tier is a lemon pound cake with lemon cream cheese frosting.

A Blue & Butterfly themed cake that went out for a 21st birthday celebration along with a set of 20 cupcakes.
The cake is my signature double chocolate cake with chocolate filling. It has been frosted with a white chocolate ganache tinted with the color chosen by the birthday girl.
The cuppies are moist chocolate mudcake cupcakes.

My cousin sister turned 16 today and she is crazy about chocolates. She wanted a chocolate cake filled with her favorite chocolates so this is what I made.
A double chocolate cake filled with a silk ganache frosted with Swiss Meringue Buttercream & a chocolate ganache drip..Topped it withh all the chocolates she loves.. Also made a few cupcakes to go with it.

"1 min Chocolate Mug Cake"
A perfect remedy to beat the monsoon blues.
3tbsp each of maida,sugar, milk & oil, 2 tbsp cocoa, 1/4 tsp baking powder. Mix it all together and add a handful of chocolate chips for that extra chocolate kick. Pour it in your favorite coffee mug and microwave for 1-1.5 min.
Tada!!
