Bake-Off 2022 Christmas Fruit Cake with

It # was my second experience with Cheryl and I must say what a Brilliant Mentor she is....

This was not a recipe oriented group...it was an experience....an encyclopaedia of Christmas Cake....i don't think any book or anybody else can better explain the minute details of every ingredient, the science behind the whole method..

I opted for alcoholic version of the Christmas Cake..And here is the output.... with the best soaked fruits and the freshest Aroma....

A big thanks to and the whole group who was supportive at every step....

Now Ready for Christmas Baking ....😊🎄

I was always a Teacher.... professionally and mentally....it gives me satisfaction to teach and share my knowledge with my students....
SETU is a skills education centre for special children and i got the opportunity to teach some baking skills to their children....it was so wonderful and satisfying to see the smiling faces of the children.....

Deepika Garg is an extremely talented baker who will be creating this scrumptious goodie using Fab Parmesan Cheese, Fab Rosemary Extract and Fab Pizza Essence. The yummy treat will be on display and available for your indulgence at the goodies table in the Fab/Apyura stall at AAHAR '22.

Here's her journey in her own words:

"Run by Deepika Garg , 'The Little Delite Studio' completes 8 successful years.

The dream that started after conducting a successful informal workshop for a group of friends during high tea almost 9 years ago took a formal shape in 2015 as a state of art culinary studio in Noida.

Deepika Garg, the face behind yummilicious cakes and chocolates of ‘The Little Delite‘ holds
a Professional Course in baking from FCI (Food Craft Institute) Chandigarh. She has also been a guest on the Salaam Namaste Talk Show on (Radio FM 96.4). The passionate baker has been the part of several baking sale organised in Mayoor School, Mothers Pride etc.

She has been featured on the famous ilovecake.in. Her home baked old fashioned Tea time
Cakes and Lemon Cake, brownies are sure to pamper the taste buds of young and old alike.
Over the years ,

She has trained more than 800+ individuals (of which many of them have blossomed into successful bakers and home bakers too) and have catered hundreds of clients around Delhi NCR with customised cakes and flavourful bakes.

In 2019 , we launched our second venture 'Tidbits' to cater healthy gourmet snacking & culinary gifting. 'Tidbits' mostly consist of a wide range of healthy Cookies and other Savouries.."
