Today, I’m preparing a Wholewheat Tutti Frutti Cake, made especially for the festive season. This soft, flavourful cake is sweetened naturally with desi khand, giving it a lovely traditional taste while keeping the recipe simple and wholesome.
For this recipe, I’m using Pansari brand wholewheat flour, which works beautifully for baking and gives the cake a soft, delicious texture along with the goodness of whole wheat.
The colourful tutti frutti adds a festive touch, making this cake not only delicious but also absolutely beautiful to serve during Rakshabandhan. 🌈🍰
