Butter chicken or Murgh Makhani is a dish, originating from the Indian subcontinent, of chicken in a mildly spiced tomato sauce. It is most commonly eaten in the capital of India, Delhi and the dish is now almost a National dish that everyone likes. .
In my Home-Style version of Butter Chicken you will find a very easy recipe with succulent marinated chicken steeped in a rich and creamy tomato sauce, fragrant with warm spices.

🇮🇳❤️ Indians all over the world are celebrating their 74th Independence Day today, the 15 August 2020. It is a day to remember the people who fought for our freedom and laid down their lives and gave us the life we have today ❤️😍. This Day is annually celebrated on 15th August as a national holiday in India commemorating the date on which the India cease to remain as a colony.

The national holiday is observed throughout India with flag-hoisting ceremonies 🇮🇳 parades and cultural events. The key event of the day is early morning speech by our beloved and inspiring Prime Minister Shri NaMo ftom the famous Red Fort 💪🏻✔️🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳 .
Here is Tri-Colour steamed Dhokla, a famous GUJRATI dish made from most healthy Semolina and yogurt along with some great spices (all steamed). To infuse the tri-colour, no artificial colour has been used. The Orange/Saffron colour is Carrots and Green is Peas (grind). .

🍥 NO OVEN CAKE BAKING 🍥🍪😘
In the past too we have tried making a Cake using alternative cooking mediums from baking in a pressure cooker (look at my NaanKhatai - Shortbread Biscuits in my insta feed) or using a Kadahi to baking over gas stove using an idli maker. This fruit cake in my post is homemade in a kadahi and is eggless. It turned out much more tastier, spongy, rustic and looks much much better than Oven version 😍😍. Its a must try technique for anyone who loves baking 😊👍 ...
