I’m so excited to share our 🌟Mango Mini Cake 🌟 with you guys! 🤩

It was just an experiment, and it worked out beautifully. I used my vanilla cake as a base for the cake, layered with delicious whipped cream, and topped it with mangoes. The cake was super moist and bursting with mango flavor, and look at the gorgeous color! Such a visual delight! 🥰

I love this fruit so much, I think we all love it and I love anything that is 🥭 mango-flavored which brings us to today’s post!

Today, I am dropping here to spread positivity and share one thing I am most grateful for and i.e My Hope 💫

I feel grateful that I never lose hope no matter what and this has helped me become who I am today, how do I think, how do I help people, how do I try to understand them even in the most unfavourable situation. I think thats the beauty of life when you trust the unseen and hope for the best. Stay strong and never give up! 💪

I believe to always give your best and the Almighty deal with the rest. Don't be so hard on yourself. At the end of the day, remind yourself that you did the best you could today, and that is good enough. The Almighty is not looking for the perfection. Far from it. As long as you're consistently trying and putting in real effort, that's all that matters ♥️

Hey! Did you come across a term 'Bento Cakes' and never understood the meaning of it? 🥺

I was confused as well when I initially heard this term. But now, I know the meaning of it and dropping by here to clear it up for you! 🧐

Alright, to start, Japan has a long history of bento. The boxes first appeared about 1,000 years ago, during the Kamakura period (1185 to 1333), when they were used to carry rice. During the late 16th century, the distinct lacquered wooden box was developed, and over the next few hundred years bento was used not just to pack lunches, but for entertaining, theatre hall, travel, tea services, and more.

The term 'Bento' originates from Japan and literally translates to 'convenient' or 'convenience'. In Japan, Bento boxes are generally referred to as a single portion meal that is either home-cooked or for takeaway.

So that was the history and origin of bento boxes. Today it's one of the most trending cake box. Bento or lunchbox cakes are miniature cakes, around 3-4 inches in diameter that fit neatly inside takeout boxes, with all types of cake and frosting combinations, from whipped cream and buttercreams with a different flavors of cakes.

I was asked this question many times,

"How do you do your home baking?"

When it comes to actually answer this question, the truth is that it's very HARD to pin down just one or two reasons and I end up listing things in my head.

So today I thought why not share with you what I love the most about my profession 😊❤️💫

To list down some:

🌱One thing that keeps me going is the amount of love I have for my work and the support I get from my friends and family. I believe when you start something new like a business they are the ones who trust you, know you for ages, and push you to be better every day.

🌿I like how the internet has helped us to see new trending designs each day and how beautiful each one of us tries to make those creations in our style.

☘️Some are inspiring while some help us to learn and practice.

🍀I feel great whenever I bake and decorate so that's kind of the joy of baking comes from within.

🍁Last but not the least, I try to get rest and relax my mind, body, and soul through exercise and healthy eating because loving your profession is great but feeding your body with great energy is the most important.
