So after a month long break, I’m back to my passion..

Baked this Underwater themed cake for my Sweetheart for her 11th Birthday..

My baby started her basic Scuba diving at the age of 11yrs..
So I tried to recreate her best underwater moments watching all beautiful sea creatures!!

Got a chance to make this trendy ongoing cake design called the ‘Top forward cake’
The cake is made of dark chocolate layered with chocolate ganache plus cherry compote filling and frosted with whipped cream!!
The pink fairy topper is made of white chocolate and the other decorations also completely edible, with sugar paste.

A space themed cake for a dear friends daughter who aspires to become a astronaut some day..

Since she loves anything related to space
I decided to make this chocolate cake with American buttercream frosting that somewhat matched the galaxy colours, also to enhance the design I added Sumedha’s favourite aspect an ‘Astronaut’ to it along with a rocket and some planets..

I’m so happy that, she and her parents were delighted with the final output!!
