Ragi Moong Winter Laddoo.
My daily immunity booster shot throughout winters. I've been making this almost every year now (with some millet variations, of course). A recipe that has been passed on from one generation to the next in our family.
It's gluten free & high protein with the goodness of ragi, whole green moong, jaggery, dried fruits and nuts and some secret winter herbs and spices (it doesn't have METHI SEEDS😅) with cow ghee. Works best as a mid meal snack for 11 a.m. or 4 p.m.
