“Food- Affair”,a professional baking and cooking class is born out of my passion towards cooking and to help people to enhance their culinary skills. I find great joy in seeing my participants learn to bake cakes and cook tasty food in simple, easy to understand methods. Here we impart essential baking and cookery training in an informal and comfortable environment. All our classes are held in sm
all groups of 5 to 10 people, which ensures individual attention and also every participants is given an opportunity to get practical hands-on experience. Everyone gets plenty of time and attention whether you are a skilled cook or new to the kitchen, there’s always a new trait or technique to learn. Our Classes are usually of 3 Hours, with a short 10-15 Min Tea / Coffee Break. You will be guided through the cooking process and ingredients step-by-step, with clear demonstrations where necessary and with lots of opportunities for Q&A session and discussions. When you’re done, you’ll get to enjoy your own yummy creation and also you can carry some to share with your family. Recipes are provided in printed form and if you need advice when you get back home, you can email or call for support.
