You definitely need to know the story behind this one. ❤️

One of my clients came to me with a request that honestly left me wondering for a while…

She wanted to show ‘two beautiful kinds of love in a single cake’ —

A wife’s love for her husband.
And a daughter’s love for her dad. 🥹

At first, I had no idea how to bring both emotions together in one design.

Then she shared a reference, and while working on it, something stayed with me…

Love for the same person can look completely different from two perspectives.

For one, he is a husband.
For another, he is her dad.

The way they love him may be different…

But the depth of that love remains the same. ❤️

And really, this wasn’t just another cake to work on.

It felt like two beautiful relationships coming together to celebrate one special man.

Definitely adding this cute little work to my favourites. ✨

I was genuinely out of words after this order ❤️.

Most of the parent orders I receive usually come from mothers.

So when a father reached out to plan a surprise for his little girl, this one felt a little extra special.

What stayed with me was the way he asked about every little detail.

The design.
The cake.
The surprise.

He took his time, asked so many questions, and made sure everything felt right for her special day 🥹.

And somewhere in between those conversations, I could see something so beautiful.

A father simply trying his best to make his little girl happy ❤️.

There’s something about a father’s love for his daughter that is difficult to put into words.

I still remember that day so clearly, and I’m genuinely happy that I got to be a small part of their beautiful moment.

To this little girl - I hope

Still one of my favourite works. ❤️

I remember almost every little detail she shared with me — her ideas, her preferences, and the beautiful way she imagined this cake for her little one who was yet to arrive. 🥹

What I loved the most was her creativity.

Every little detail had a thought behind it, and bringing her imagination to life made this cake even more special for me.

Someday, I guess her little one is going to look back and wonder.

I already felt so happy after completing this cake, but her review made the whole experience even more overwhelming in the best possible way.
