We produce our signature mature plum cake using a 150-year-old Anglo-Indian recipe, originally passed down to Dr. Kamala (Nacy Fernandes) by her grandmother. Inspired by Dr. Kamala my favourite neighbor who passed away few years back, I have since mastered the recipe through years of careful tweaking to achieve its perfect, current form.

Our signature plum cake is the result of a six-month artisanal process designed for unmatched richness and depth of flavor.

The preparation begins long before the holidays by meticulously washing all dry fruits for absolute purity. The cleaned fruits are then soaked in premium alcohol for months.

The cake is baked 30 days before Christmas and then carefully nurtured and matured for a full month. This extended process ensures a dark, moist, and intensely flavorful cake—the true taste of Christmas tradition.

The demand for our mature plum cakes has been incredible—most were claimed before they even finished maturing! Don’t miss out; we only have a few kilograms left. DM us quickly to secure your order.
