Choux all decked up!
Famous french dessert Choux Pastry, alternatively also called Eclairs / Pâte à Choux / Choux au craqeline - they also come in various shapes and numerous flavours but no matter what name or shape - they are delicious!! That is guaranteed!
This one right here was my second attempt at making them. I was a disaster btw in my first attempt but this surprisingly came out quite nice 🫡
I wasn’t prepared for it!
Since they turned out pretty well I decided to dress them up with a little chocolate and berries! 🫐🍓
