Baking during the Christmas season is such a treat 😍 This time I made the classic fruit cake into a cup cake with some special spices and topped off with butter cream & marshmallows!

The challenge was to make something yummy but healthy with the limited ingredients at home. So made these out of Oats, eggs, curd, honey, dry fruits & dark chocolate chunks.

Visited a very unique place today in Hyderabad - Pappa Roti, where I tasted the best Buns EVER! Crispy outside but as u bite into it, the fluffy inside just melts in your mouth 🤤 It’s launching in Mumbai soon. Very courteous staff and good ambience added to the great experience. The preparations for have already started at our home! Today's special is a simple cm snack.

Ingredients: All purpose flour (1 cup) (1 cup), (1 tsp), Powder (1 pinch), (20 gms), Powder (1 cup) & to fry

Method: Mix all the ingredients and knead a hard . Roll it out, cut out your favourite shapes. Fry them till golden brown and let them cool off and harden. Then sprinkle some icing sugar and serve them to your guests. These little guys stay for at least a week of stored in air tight containers. !
