Breads and Bakes After years of travel and food tasting, we have finally found the right fusion between modern food and India's favorite roadside food.

Utsav Parasrampuria has forever been a food junkie and enthusiast. He has been away from home travelling from Dehradun to Pune, then the States for work and education. Travelling not only enriched and diversified his palate but also changed his approach towards food. Utsav has integrated his age-old treasured family recipes along with his diverse, multicultural background and created his own style

of comfort food with a touch of finesse. He can boast about his food having that 5th flavor profile ‘Umami’ that is still uncommon and new to India. Sticking to his roots and combining it with unique flavors he has given a whole new angle to Indian street food. It is our duty to help you taste our creations. Not only does our food taste good but it is also an excellent dish to serve to guests either on occasion or just because.
