🎄 Every year I soak dried fruit and nuts in Old Monk rum, and, when December rolls around, bake them into the most decadently delicious plum cakes.

Meet the luscious Chocolate & Cranberry Shokupan loaf 🍞 from this year's Christmas menu. Soft and fragrant chocolate bread with a fine, even, crumb interspersed generously with chocolate chips and red cranberries. Made as always with Belgian cocoa.

Eat it cold/at room temp/toast it/fry it, add some fruit or your favorite nut spread. It's going to be YUM no matter how you pair it. 💟

So, what to expect when you order from me? 🎄

Same delectable cakes, year after year. I will never skimp on quality or sizes to maximize my profit. I remember a well-meaning person on now-defunct Twitter advising me to decrease the size by 20% while keeping the price constant. I wanted to tell them - "But that's not how I roll!"😅

You know it's one of these things where we all reminisce about the food we have grown up with, and finding that their quality/size has changed drastically. I don't know about you but that makes me feel cheated!

I'd rather sell 10 cakes less than make something that I am not proud of. I never want my customers to say 'used to be good, but quality has gone down'.

Yes, raw materials are getting expensive but for this year the Christmas menu (and the prices) is exactly the same as last year's. 💓

You'll get the same great quality, same size, same taste.
Shrinkflation be damned. 💫
