RHCS finishes a year! Its been a great year of so many firsts.. I launched the page on my best persons birthday and today i will bake for her again and as an anniversary special I will post the recipe of the fudgy dark chocolate brownie that I make for her. Stay tuned!

Best person celebrated her birthday today and an orange cake with chocolate ganache was baked for the joyous occasion. RHCS shows off its very messy kitchen among other things.

I was very very excited making this one. These women are obsessed with smileys and their previous order was the frog cake based on the frog emoji. A strawberry and a dark chocolate indulgence this one

My brief was simple, A two year old extremely adores animals and we want a 4kg cake. When I went to deliver the cake, the little one kept holding me while i was assembling the cake and kept touching the animals. Customer satisfaction at its peak!

After makng three pikachu cakes prior to this, i thought i knew it all until this one. I was asked to make a Mew and pikachu cake. What fun! Maybe I should start watching Pokemon.

I love baking for this woman, coz its one challenge after another. So ritika is this vivacious woman who loves frog emojis and her friends wanted her to eat that frog on her birthday. Thus comes the frog cake!

By the time ths cake was ordered, it was too late to give a photo print. I decided to improvise and paint the logo instead on some sticky fondant!
im so glad i dont live in a humid place anymore. A red velvet Manchester United cake.

There becomes a point where food becomes more than just food and turns into art. It gets so beautiful you almost feel guilty eating and ruining the piece of art.
