So last week, we purchased a 30ltr OTG from from Hub mall branch in Goregaon. As it was a small amount purchase we were told that no one will be coming for a demonstration, which we were fine with and that we can make a video of unboxing in case we receive a damaged product.
We received the delievery of the same the very next day. Upon opening the box the model had 2-3 dents and was cracked on one side. The door of the OTG doesn’t close. However the box has no damage. The next day a guy came for inspection and no action has been taken yet.
Since then we have been repeatedly making calls to both Bajaj and Vijay Sales and they have just been passing the blame on one another. Half of the time no one answers their helpline number they blabber some weird reason and keep asking the same question “WHAT IS THE PROBLEM”. They have made 100s of excuses that they have escalated the matter and they will revert by EOD but by EOD they say they will call the next day and loop just continues. We have been repeatedly making calls for solution and asked for both replacement or refund still no luck.
I am losing business and customer because of them, who will pay for such harassment??
PATHETIC SERVICE BY BOTH VIJAY SALES AND BAJAJ ELECTRONICS.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM SUCH FRAUD COMPANIES WHICH HAVE THE WORSTTTT AFTER SALES SERVICE.
BOYCOTT BAJAJ AND VIJAY SALES.
