No Yeast Buns which will keep you full for longer 🌿🫶
This recipe is genuinely for everyone who asks me to make bread without maida and without yeast.
Turns out this is Gluten FREE and diabetic friendly as well.
These Dal Buns are fibre rich (12g fibre in 1 bun) which makes it good for gut.
Lentil Buns Recipe
🌿 3/4 Cup Masoor Dal(Red lentils)
🌿 1/4 Cup Pysillium Husk (Isabgol)
🌿 1 tbsp Oil
🌿 1 tsp Lemon Juice
🌿 1/2 tsp Salt
🌿 1/4 Cup Yogurt & pinch of baking soda
With slightly wet hands, shape them into buns. Sprinkle mixed seeds and bake straightaway at preheated oven/airfryer at 180°C for 20-25 mins.
