No Yeast Buns which will keep you full for longer 🌿🫶

This recipe is genuinely for everyone who asks me to make bread without maida and without yeast.
Turns out this is Gluten FREE and diabetic friendly as well.

These Dal Buns are fibre rich (12g fibre in 1 bun) which makes it good for gut.

Lentil Buns Recipe
🌿 3/4 Cup Masoor Dal(Red lentils)
🌿 1/4 Cup Pysillium Husk (Isabgol)
🌿 1 tbsp Oil
🌿 1 tsp Lemon Juice
🌿 1/2 tsp Salt
🌿 1/4 Cup Yogurt & pinch of baking soda

With slightly wet hands, shape them into buns. Sprinkle mixed seeds and bake straightaway at preheated oven/airfryer at 180°C for 20-25 mins.

Both come from the same plant (Piper nigrum). The difference is when they’re harvested and how they’re processed—that’s what changes their color, flavor, and use.
🌱 How they’re made
Black pepper: Unripe green pepper berries are picked and sun-dried. The outer skin shrivels and turns black.
White pepper: Fully ripe red berries are soaked, then the outer skin is removed, leaving the white inner seed.
