It's one of my favorite times of the year!
Time to celebrate my baby brother's birthday 🎂
Abhishek Gandhi has been my biggest cheerleader, the most critical and supportive guinea pig to all the recipe trials😘

Even though we may not have posted much during this unplanned hiatus, our kitchen has been busy churning out goodies😬
Sometimes for recipe testing, while sometimes for brand research... However, once in a while we were able to accommodate some special client requests and bake something super special🤩- like these 100-hour decadent chocolate🍫 brownies!

These brownies are unapologetically decadent & lusciously indulgent... not something you want to grab and go...but something you want to devour slowly and relish every bite 🤤

Highly recommended for serious chocoholics 🥰

When conveniently coincidences with 's birthday, what is his sister to do but experiment 🤔 🤩
Wanted to try working on some and desserts this time 🤞🏻
So, paired the rich decadence of chocolate 🍫 to the zesty fruitiness of the humble orange 🍊 and tossed in some crunchy almond praline in good measure to bring it all home 🤗

Analysis ( 🤓) :

Flavor: *Chef's kiss* 🤌🏻 This flavor bomb tingles your palate awake 🥰

Texture: Mouthfeel was 🥲 But feel like the mousse needs slight improvement to get a better finish ...Maybe some changes in technique as the intention is to avoid using any stabilizers

Verdict: With some more trials, we could possibly add this on our menu 🥳

These are strange times ..
As we tackle the second wave of COVID across the country, is creating havoc across my favourite city of Mumbai🥺
Most of you are aware that my day job is in healthcare and this last 1.5 year has hit us bad...
After dealing with COVID cases throughout the day, I haven't had the energy to bake
hence the absence of any posts here😔
Today on , as I see all the posts on social media, I realise how much I miss baking up a storm and bringing smiles to people's faces 🙂

Here's our house favorite- Chocolate overload brownie ❤️ that melts in your mouth n warms your soul✨
Hopefully soon, the chaos will settle down & our world will start healing again.
And with that
will soon start taking orders and send some goodies your way...

2020 has been a year...
A year that showed us that sometimes things don't work out as planned...& that's ok...As long as you survive & come out stronger 💖
While 2020 has been an exhaustingly busy year personally, it has forced me to pause and take a step back, to introspect,evaluate and realign the vision for ✨
As alot of you already know, we are taking a short break from orders.
In this time off, I plan to dive back to explore some flavours that I have been excited to share with you all😊
I am very grateful for all the support & love you guys have showered on our brand - , especially in this difficult year😘
We have managed to create a close circle of friends and supporters rather than just have an extensive client list & for that I feel blessed 🙏🏻

Thank you for being soo graciously understanding for me taking the time off...to reboot 💖

Will try and keep you all posted on what our kitchen is upto in the downtime 😊
In the meantime, stay safe and stay healthy ✨

It has almost been 3 weeks since the Lockdown 😞
We are slowly easing into the new normal :
-Of staying indoors 🙍,
-Of working from home💻,
-Of trying to catch up with all the cleaning n dusting n laundry n mopping n dish washing...(Man ! It just doesn't end,does it?😖)
-Of planning those weekly grocery n produce shopping 🚶🥕🥔🍎🍅🚶trips (Saying a little prayer as u step out🙏)
-Of getting used to the masks & sanitisers😷

I do hope that these 3 weeks have helped you to start -

*Curating the News to keep sane 🙈
*Enjoying meals with Family🥂🍽️
*Giving n getting all the cuddles u have been missing out👶🐈🐾🐕
*Trying to reconnect with our homes that we worked so hard to build🏡

*Sleeping a little longer 💤
*Smiling a little more😃

Life ,as we know it ,has changed forever...

At , as we seek gratitude 🙏 for the privilege and abundance that we are blessed with, we say a little prayer for all those who need it & we promise to try and help out however we can in the days to come 🗓️

2019 was tough but we could be tougher..Thanks to all of you💖

As we get back to baking and blocking our 2020 calendar to meet with all your sweet requests, we decided to kick-start our comeback with yummy chunky chocolate cookies🍪
And what makes these cookies special is the amazing chocolate comes from ✨
Their chocolate bars are handcrafted using light roasted cocoa beans with milk from the Gir cows & organic raw sugar!
The flavor profile of the chocolate was out of the world💕
