After conducting workshops in surat and gorakpur Chef shahzad variava has its first workshop for adults in mumbai.
One day basic bakery course on 17th november from 11 am to 5 pm.
Bakery menu - sponge cake,
muffins,
marble cake,
sweet n savory tarts,
two type of cookies and
cashew fingers.
Course fee Rs. 2000.

And one day exotic dessert workshop on 24th november from 11 am to 5pm.
Dessert menu - italian mousse,
pannacota,
truffle pudding,
creme caramel,
chocolate pudding, cold souffle
and flambe desserts.
Course fee Rs. 2500.
