If you’ve ever had homemade dessert, you know it brings a comfort that no factory-style cake shop can match. Every product we sell is freshly baked to order; there are no preservatives or trans fats. We pride ourselves in using only pure, premium ingredients – Callebaut chocolate couverture over compound chocolate, Madagascar vanilla instead of synthetic essence, butter over shortening, and so on.
None of our goods contain non-vegetarian ingredients (many bakeries will use gelatine and still put a green dot on the label, even though it is derived from animal bones). Only embryo-free eggs are used. We make vegan and gluten-free desserts/cakes on request. Apart from the usual suspects – brownies, bread puddings, etc – the menu revisits classics from around the world that are tough to find in Mumbai. These include sticky toffee pudding, German crumb cake and Rugelach. Want to impress your guests with some hot-from-the-oven goodness? Try our molten lava cakes in ceramic ramekins.
