My Story
Hello and a warm welcome! :) I'm Shradha, a passionate baker and lover of all things sweet. I have been baking since I was really young, a hobby which gradually developed into a passion. I discovered blogging only recently and found it to be such a great platform to share my baking & cooking experiences with all kinds of people from around the world. It has now become a part of my lifestyle, so much so, that I can never eat something unless I've taken picture of it first! I love trying new recipes and sharing my experience; and I have learned so much in the process, its amazing! Fresh fruits are really my thing, I love anything with seasonal fruits and of course chocolate, but again, who doesn't? I also simply adore baking bread, it is super therapeutic and a great stress buster. My mantra is "Bake from Scratch" and I hate the use of ready made mixes in baking! I conduct baking workshops to share my love and knowledge of baking with others who are interested in the art. I have created special & fun filled course content so, if you are keen to learn making multiple types of desserts, brownies, chocolates, cookies, breads, bread rolls, stuffed buns, pizzas (with the base) etc., do not hesitate to drop in a line. The class prepares all desserts with fresh seasonal fruits and bread is baked fresh on the class day – I also supply all materials you need. You take home everything you make along with detailed recipes, lots of tips and guidance; and, we do all the wash n clean so you can concentrate on learning :) These are hands on classes coupled with live demonstration and are held for 3-4 hours. Everything is explained step by step so there is plenty of opportunity to ask questions, make new friends and have a totally fantastic time. It is really relaxing and impossible, not to have fun! Course content can be customised keeping the interest & requirement of a group and the classes are held in a batch size of 4-6 participants to ensure individual attention. Classes are held both in egg based and egg less variants and seats can be booked by paying an advance of Rs 500/-. I also conduct customized baking workshops @ art studios, lifestyle stores / boutique and for corporates under their employee connect programs.
