Eggless Blueberry Cream Cheese Truffles 🫐

Ingredients

For the Truffle Base
* 1 cup white chocolate (compound or couverture)
* ¼ cup fresh blueberry puree
* ½ cup cream cheese
* 1 tbsp butter
* ½ tsp vanilla essence

For Coating / Texture
* Crushed biscuits or almond powder (optional)

Method
1. Melt white chocolate using double boiler or microwave.
2. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth.
3. Add blueberry puree and vanilla essence.
4. Fold in melted white chocolate.
5. Refrigerate mixture for 30–40 mins until firm.
6. Scoop and roll into balls.
7. For marble effect:

* Mix little blueberry puree separately.
* Swirl lightly over truffles before setting.
8. Chill again for 15 mins.

Optional Decoration
* Dust with icing sugar
* Drizzle white chocolate
* Add freeze-dried blueberry powder

Storage
* Refrigerate up to 5 days
* Serve chilled

Eggless Chocolate Pomegranate Bites 🍫❤️

Ingredients
* 1 cup pomegranate pearls
* 150 g dark or milk chocolate
* 1 tsp coconut oil or butter
* Optional toppings:
* chopped nuts
* sea salt
* white chocolate drizzle

👨🏻‍🍳Method
1. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals.
2. Add coconut oil and mix until smooth.
3. Line a tray or plate with cupcake liners/silicone moulds.
4. Add a spoonful of melted chocolate at the base.
5. Fill generously with pomegranate pearls.
6. Drizzle more chocolate on top.
7. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until set.
8. Serve chilled for the perfect juicy crunch 🍫✨
