From the classroom to the kitchen - here is how I started over as a cake artist! ✨💗

Before the grand orders, it was just me gifting fresh tea cakes to family and friends while learning the basics step by step. Stepping away from my routine as an educator took a lot of courage, but every little bake made it worth it! 🍰

That spark quickly turned into a relentless pursuit of perfection. From traveling across the globe for workshops to spending countless hours mastering sharp edges and flawlessly clean walls on cream and ganache cakes - every hour was a stepping stone 🕘

But the ultimate full-circle moment? Standing as an educator again, but this time passing all those hard-earned lessons on to you in my own workshops! 🎓👩🏻‍🍳
