COME AND EXPERIENCE THE PROCESS OF MAKING PUREST SOURDOUGH WITH US.

BAKE ALONG whole wheat SOURDOUGH WORKSHOP where students will make along with us the 100% whole wheat sourdough breads.

DATE OF WORKSHOP : 20th Dec 25
VENUE: Powai, Mumbai

Time: 10am till 5:30pm

We will discover how one can make gut friendly healthy sourdough.

Hands‐on class with theory in order to understand all aspects of making sourdough breads.

We will learn:
‐ How to prepare starter and levain
‐ How to mix, knead, and ferment the dough
‐ How to shape, score, and bake

Theory part will discuss:

‐ How to maintain sourdough starter
- how to make a new starter.
- hydration levels of the dough

We will bake:
‐ whole wheat sourdough boule for hands On (with inclusions of seeds)

For demo
‐ whole wheat sourdough sandwich loaf (with dried herbs)
- whole wheat panini
