Blue berry Bundt cake! Made, day before yesterday for my daughter a Mini Bundt(got blueberries almost ten days back and finally baked a cake🙈(will share later) n this cake for a very dear friend n her daughter(who is in India for a month from the US).She wanted to eat cake made by me and loved it. After sharing half of the cake,she took the other half to her room n said won't share with anyone. The moments like this make my heart happy for sure 💫 🥰🧿

The Health benefits of ginger leaves :
Prevent from toothache.
Promotes healthy Digestion.
Helps to lose Appetite.
Prevents Constipation.
Helps to reduce Joint Pain.
Reduce the risk of several Heart Disease.
** ( Pregnant women should avoid excessive ginger consumption as it has hot tasir. Daily ginger doses for healthy consumption recommended is 3 to 4 grams only) **
The leaves have mild flavour but very crispy texture when added n tastes delicious 😋

Ginger Leaves -Corn Pakoras
Ingredients:
1)15 to 20 very tender leaves of the ginger plant, finely chopped
2)One bowl Corn kernels , grated / Coarse paste
3) one medium finely chopped onion
4) finely chopped green chillies as per taste and Ginger paste (of half inch piece)
5) Salt to taste
6) Besan/ Chickpea flour half cup
7) red chilli powder half TSP
8) one fourth two ajwain seeds
9) 2-3 cloves crushed
10) garam masala powder half TSP
11) half TSP oil for the batter
12) corriander powder one TSP
13) turmeric powder half TSP
14) Jeera powder roasted
15) Corriander leaves as per taste
Oil for frying
Procedure :
In a bowl mix all the ingredients from 1 to 15 and add little water if required to make the batter like lawa consistency or regular pakora like batter.
Heat oil in a pan and fry on medium high flame till godlen brown/ done. Serve hot with any sauce or chutney of your liking.

The Copper Smith Barbet, a very rare species of birds and also not easily seen. It has a typical sound and if you are aware of the sound it makes, then it gets easier to locate them. Since childhood I loved watching the birds in the adjoining open Garden to our Bungalow. But most of my knowledge about the birds I received from my hubby Saket as he himself is an avid Bird watcher.
I had clicked this while on our way to Indore from Ujjain in 2011. I suddenly noticed it, as being an avid Bird watcher my eyes always try n look for the birds around. So quickly haulted the car and as DSLR was handy , I took couple of quick shots then. This one is still my one of the most favourite clicks.
