I am Mrs Priscilla Chettiar ,My journey in baking began just a short while ago after my sons arrival. I bid farewell to my career into Airlines And I decided to start something of my own ...at home ....Soon something emerged as PRISCA'S CREATIONS...

Slicing our fruit cake ..

Tip always chill the cake in the fridge for atleast 1 or 2 hr before slicing the cake.
2 use serrated knife to cut the cake
3 use a saw motion while cutting it
4 let the slices rest for sometime and come to room temperature n enjoy them
