Founder's guilt is real. 🙈

When JusBaked was just me baking for friends and family, this would've taken a day. Now everything runs in sequence — orders first, favours later.
My friend's been waiting a month for this pineapple cake. He's probably watching this right now, so... it's done Badari narayana

This is what happens when your passion becomes your profession — you get really good at "soon," and really bad at keeping promises to the people who knew you before the brand did.

Founder Talks 🎙️
Can we talk about how exhausting trends have become?
Every day there's a new audio. A new hook. A new format. A new trend you're apparently supposed to jump on.
And while you're busy running a business, managing a team, creating products, handling customers, and putting out fires... you're also expected to be a full-time content creator. 😅
Then my daughter walked in and said: "Mom, just make a trending dot cake!"
Maybe she's onto something. 😂
Sometimes the simplest answer is to stop chasing every trend and focus on creating things people actually love.

Founder’s Life: Showing up anyway.

Some days you're motivated. Some days you're tired. Some days you question everything.
But as a founder, showing up isn't optional.
You still walk into the kitchen. You still take the calls. You still pack the orders. You still create, solve problems, and keep moving.
Not every day feels productive. Not every day feels inspiring. But consistency is built on the days you show up when you don't feel like it.
