Jigna Shah, the founder of Frost Box, has been quite the artist since a very young age. Her path to baking began when she found the lack of quality ingredients in cakes at birthday parties upsetting her little one's tummy. Her culinary curiosity eventually led her spending day and night learning all she could about cake decorating and baking and began making cakes for friends’ weddings and events.
Her hobby grew into passion, giving birth to her second baby venture - Her very own cake studio - Frost Box. It is a custom-cake boutique specializing in made-to-order cakes and bakes. Using quality ingredients and seasonal flavors, Jigna and Frost Box service an array of loyal clients, community events and occasions. Beyond cakes, Jigna loves to style events and create custom dessert tables and displays to showcase individual pastries, homemade candies and more. Since everything is custom made, Jigna is even able to cater to special dietary needs and an assortment of requests from her clients. She loves exploring all aspects of baking, photography, and design. She continues to value quality ingredients and challenges herself to use a variety of fresh flavors and textures to create unique sweet and savory pairings. In addition to cakes, Jigna is known for her realistic character designs, figures, and sculpted cake toppers. She enjoys entertaining and believes that the beauty of a dessert not only lies in the design but in the display as well. Jigna also has a penchant for all things party related. One of her great joys in life is creating fun themed parties for children and loved ones. She gets to bake, decorate cakes and other goodies and construct a microcosm of a fantasy world in their life. What could be more fun than that!
