Throwback to when I did only cakes and loved doing them.

A Nemo and Dori theme cake. So much work, it felt like it would never end. Managed to finish the work on time and send it out in time. It’s an all white chocolate ganache cake (not covered with fondant). The accents and toppers are all fondant.

The client was very specific about the shade of blue she wanted. And I was worried on spraying white chocolate ganache with airbrush colours as usually white chocolate ganache doesn’t hold colours well. But I totally loved this airbrush colour from indigo blue, which I mixed with white and a tiny bit of regular blue and voila, all set. Loved how this one turned out. Thanks heaps Ritu for sending them out in time.
