This is new for me... I tried making foam flowers for the 1st time... For some unknown reason making foam flowers intimidated me!

But when  asked me if I could make a set of cards with foam flowers I decided it was time to give it a try. And once I made them I was hooked... I loved how they turned out and looked so real!

This is the 2nd card from the set, there is 1 more card that I will post soon.

I love finding ways to use my dies in new ways and here is what I tried doing on this card. I made a gatefold card and used a decorative die cut folded in half to create the gates / flaps for this card. Using die cuts like this gives this card a really delicate and pretty look. The dies are from

When in doubt Just Add GLITTER... I love how glitter adds so much sparkle and shine to my cards. I rarely use it because whenever I use it I end up covered in glitter along with my daughter, my whole craftroom, my kitchen, living area,..... It ends up everywhere !!! But I used it on this card and it looks so pretty in real life!!! Do you like using glitter on your projects... Let me know in the comments???
