Welcome to Pat-a-Cake

Welcome to Pat-a-Cake; a maître pâtissier model founded by me and my sister ‘Namrata’ in 1990. Ever since I completed my education in Hotel Management and got revelation to French artisan patisseries and bakeries in France, we were keen to replicate this knowledge by investing in a compact French style home bakery. Success was almost instantaneous; Celebrity clients started ordering from us. Our endeavour caught the attention of the prestigious Cricket Club of India (CCI), where we introduced the chariot à dessert (Dessert Trolley) for the first time. This model continues to mesmerize members till date and has been simulated in other clubs as well.

Success did not stop here; we then worked along with one of the biggest caterers Foodlinks – serving our lip smacking desserts in practically every wedding or function at the Turf Club. This led to more venues and intensifying our abilities to address a few thousand taste buds a day, without compromising on quality. Soon, the towny sobo club Bombay Gymkhana offered us their bakery counter to run. By then, we could comfortably offer over 100 varieties of desserts, chocolates; even salads, breads, health foods, quick titbits, and various other goodies.

In recent years, our fame and proficiencies caught the fancies of corporates; we even addressed Diwali gifting needs of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and their 5000+ clients.
