Who says creative 3D illusion cakes can’t be made with whipped cream? We love breaking the rules of traditional cake design. We transformed a simple cake into a fun fast-food centerpiece using only whipped cream—ditching heavy fondant so you get maximum creativity with zero heavy sweetness.

When it comes to my own birthday cake, I can never just make the usual. Sometimes I experiment with the design, sometimes with the flavours… and this time, I decided to play around with a classic.

The Burnt Basque Cheesecake has been trending everywhere, so I thought — why not give this classic my own twist? 💙

And that’s how my Burnt Basque Raspberry Cheesecake came to life 🫐✨

Creamy, rich, beautifully caramelised on top, with that delicious burst of raspberry… and honestly, I’m so glad I experimented
