I genuinely lucked out on this one and I am so very happy to be a part of your Christmas Cake Bake-off!!
Words are not enough for the efforts and knowledge you have shared with us.
Coming to my experience-
As most of you know I have baked only eggless cakes, this was my first experience with an egg based cake and wow it did came out perfect in the first attempt. Following Cheryl’s tips along with the recipe helped me through. Anxiety was peeking on the day of baking but I sailed through.
With each precise detail of both alcoholic and non alcoholic version, soaking the fruits, preparation of pans to working of oven, basting we were explained everything in detail. Hats off to your calmness and patience throughout. Also, kudos to the team members. ❤️
