Chef Trupti Pherwani is a pastry chef, who got her Hotel Management Degree from Kohinoor College of Hotel Management, Dadar. She has worked in Orchid Hotel, Moshe's and the Royal Caribbean Cruise line in the pastry section. Post that , she started her own venture as Indulgence Home Bakers in Powai, Mumbai for a few years till her marriage. She now functions in Indore as Chef Trupti Bajaj as an entrepreneur for Amrit Bakery and Foods. She offers a variety of baked goodies like Cookies, Cakes, Muffins, her Signature Focaccia Breads, Pies, Brownies, Chocolates, Cupcakes, Quiches and more.
