Happy Birthday to one of our most adorable toddler client - !!
We were super happy to customise this 4 layered mango cake for her! Since the baby is not fond of chocolate we made this cake without using any dark, milk or white chocolate. We made this cake in whole-wheat flour and filled the layers with some pastry cream and lots of mangoes and blueberries. To complement the flavours we added a tinge of lemon to the cake !

NO WHIPPING CREAM. NO CHOCOLATE. NO ADDED REFINED SUGAR.

Who doesn’t love focaccia?! But have you tried a sourdough focaccia? Welcoming this lovely sourdough focaccia to our menu - made in whole-wheat with oregano, sun dried tomato flakes and whole olives - this takes the focaccia game to the next level! Pair it with our home made pesto and top it with some cheese - bake it or bite it - this will be your new fav snack! 2023 has been recognised as international year of millets and India is leading the way! Do you know the multi-benefits of millets?

Here are a few - helps in balancing blood sugar levels, adds in weight loss, battles cancer cells, promotes digestion.

So why should others have all the fun?!

Presenting to you our millet menu - cakes, cookies, breads and what not. In the pic - we have:

- the choco-chip cake and the dry fruit cake made with ragi, jowar and bajra,

- Chocolate cupcakes in ragi and jowar,

- heart shaped vanilla cakes in ragi,

- double chocolate cookies and berry and almond cookies in ragi.

No wheat - just millets. And as always - no added refined sugar. Made with jaggery!

This lazy weekend, introducing our coffee strawberry chocolate cake. As it is most of our cakes these days, this cake is also gluten free made with ragi and oats flour. The buttercream is the best buttercream you will have - made with dark chocolate and jaggery, this one is lip smacking for sure! And for all those coffee lovers, we have added some coffee from because coffee and strawberry ❤️❤️

This cake is great on the stomach as it doesnt make you feel heavy and ofcourse can be enjoyed guilt-free.

Its that time of the year, isn’t it? How can Christmas ever be completed without a plum cake - so here’s our christmas plum cake - made with soaked dry fruits in whole wheat, oats and almond flour with in jaggery and a whole lot of love.

When making this cake, we thought why should only a select few have all the fun. So we have gluten free and vegan options available as well!! Check out our Christmas menu for more details (swipe right).

We are making only 20 of these so pre-order for the plum cakes starts today.

Christmas hampers are also available and can be curated per your liking and budget.

Deliveries begin in the week of 12th December.
