Meet ZARO’s Sticky Toffee Date Pudding — a soft, warm pudding made with wholesome dates & almonds, generously finished with a luscious jaggery + date toffee sauce that literally melts into every bite. ✨

Okay, I’m going to say it — this is a MUST TRY. 😭🍫 Like, a genuine 10/10 and one of those desserts where you take the first bite and immediately go, “Wait… WHAT is this?” 🫠🤎

This is their Flourless Chocolate Cake, and the name might sound simple, but the texture is anything but. It’s made with almond flour and 70% dark couverture chocolate, which gives it that deep, intense chocolate flavour without making it feel like your regular chocolate cake.

It’s gooey, incredibly moist, dense and fudgy, with that almost melt-in-your-mouth texture that sits somewhere between a rich chocolate cake and a proper decadent mud cake. 🍫✨ And because it’s made with dark couverture chocolate, you get that beautiful bittersweet chocolate hit in every bite — rich, grown-up and SO satisfying.

But wait till you add the silky chocolate sauce. 😭🤌🏻 That extra layer of warm, glossy chocolate takes it from really good to ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! The cake, the sauce, that gooey centre… everything just comes together so perfectly.

Honestly, if you’re in Bandra and you consider yourself a serious chocolate person, put this on your list. This is the kind of dessert I’d happily go back for just to have one more bite. 🍫❤️‍🔥
