Yummy salted caramel sauce in just 3 easy step. Use good quality granulated sugar. Take 1 cup or 200gram of
Granulated sugar or castor sugar. Don’t stir the sugar let it caramelised it own just push down or swirl the pan. Caramelised the sugar. Butter should be at room temperature. Add 1/2cup or 100gram of salted butter if you need salted caramel. Mix butter and sugar till the together well combined. Add room temperature cream. Add 1/2cup or 100 gram of cream to the mixer. While adding cream make sure to stir well because the mixer will bubbles vigorously. This how the caramel sauce look like so silky salty & yummy also. You can store in mason jar for a month. You can make & no of desserts with this caramel sauce. Thank for watching do like share❤️😇
