In the frame - Fault Line Cake!
Being a baker is always means being in a constant hustle. One day you are making basic chocolate cakes and the next day you are creating something super fancy and something you need to understand the technique of. A lot of effort and energy goes in learning basic things like consistency of the Gamache, temperature of the chocolate, the right kind of sponge of the cake, etc. Today I made one such special piece that required overnight study. Love how it has come out🥰😍
