Anyone else love pancakes as much as I do? My boys are kinda obsessed with them too. I love it when they enter the kitchen when I am making them and scream 'Yaay, pancakes!'. We've tried every kind - banana, choco-chip, oatmeal, thin, fluffy, Japanese and everything in between. The ones featured here are Ragi and Almond Meal Pancakes topped with Alphonso Mango (throwback to Mango season - soooo yum!). Recipe courtesy Chef Chinu Vaze. They're delicious and super nutritious.

Broccoli & Mushroom Quiche. Buttery, flaky quiche crust with a cheesy filling. I typically prefer sweet to savoury bakes but this is definitely one of my favourites. Recipe courtesy my good friend Shradha Batra. I have made this at least 6 times this year and the family absolutely loves it! I have tried it with tomato & feta too, though this is a combination we really love.

I love any kind of berries in dessert, especially blueberries. And they must be fresh, not frozen. This is a delightfully light and fluffy blueberry & lemon tea cake paired with a cream cheese frosting. Absolute heaven. One of my favourite things to bake.

Anyone else here a fan of Starbucks Chai Latte? 🙋 So imagine that, but in a cupcake form! Amazing, right? These soft, fluffy Masala Chai Latte cupcakes are made with the delicious flavours of cinnamon, cardamom and ginger. These paired with a steaming cup of chai (yes I know we're going a bit extra on the chai flavour) are the perfect way to start your day or to indulge in during your afternoon tea break.
